I met this sweet family near Sunnybrook Park in Leaside. It was a location that was special to them and it didn't disappoint! We got a super warm and sunny evening for our session. Little M did amazing for her first ever professional photo session. Her doggie brother Charlie was a perfect gentleman and let his little sister shine.

Family collections begin at $600 + HST for 20 images
Outdoor family sessions take place May-October. Indoor and in-studio sessions can be booked all year long.
A $300 retainer reserves your session date on my calendar, with the remaining balance due once you’ve chosen your collection after viewing your gallery.

Frame Worthy Portraits
I strongly encourage you to print your family images! Don't let them hide away on your hard drive. My top 2 collections come with an artwork credit to use to purchase loose prints, framed prints fine art albums and more.

Based on your needs we will select a date for you and move forward with signing a session agreement and paying your session retainer. This will get you on my calendar! I respond to all messages within 48 hours. Usually it's in 24 though (I'm a classic overachiever!).

Once we've got your session in my calendar we can plan all the fun details! Depending on your ideal location (think urban vs in nature) I can make suggestions on where the best spots are.
I will also work with you to select the best wardrobe options for the type of session you are interested in. Choosing the right style and colours for your session will make it that much more amazing!
Leading up to your session, send me an email or give me a call if you have any questions. Stuck on what to wear? I can help! Send me pictures of your choices and we can decide together. I will be with you every step of the way. My priority is to ensure this is a seamless and enjoyable experience for you.

Now is your time to shine! You can enjoy your session, knowing that all the details have been taken care of. Have fun with your kids! I am here to capture the beautiful moments. Don’t worry, I will help to pose you naturally and prompt you so that you don’t feel awkward or alone! Having fun is my main objective. I want capture the giggles and the tender moments.
4. let's shoot!
This is the exciting part! Session galleries are usually ready to view within 1 week. I try to get them out as quickly as possible. I will send you a private gallery to view your session images. You will be able to select your favourites and choose a collection according to your needs. You may also decide to purchase products such as prints, or fine art albums.

Once your final images are ready, your gallery will be linked to my product store. Here is where you can use your complimentary artwork credit that comes with my top packages! Products include: loose prints and framed prints, everyday albums and fine art albums, wall art including canvases, metal and acrylic pieces and fun items such as holiday cards and ornaments!

Family sessions can take place outdoors at locations around Toronto, such as parks, neighbourhood streets, or green spaces, or in your home for a more relaxed feel. We can also shoot in We’ll choose a location that suits your family and the season. Generally, outdoor sessions take place from May-November.

If you or your kiddos are sick the day of the session, just let me know asap and we can find a new date based on my availability. For outdoor sessions, we will pick a back up date in case of rain.

Where will My family session take place?
We have had Claire take our family pictures for two years in a row now. Claire was very friendly, professional, patient and helpful wrangling my baby/toddler and even managed to get wonderful pictures of my dog who can be very skittish. We absolutely love our photos and use them for our holiday cards. Claire takes so many great pics it’s hard to narrow down the options. If you are looking for a talented photographer with great experience working with families you can’t do better than Claire!
